We are currently an online store managed from New York City, United States.

- Which countries are you offering your products?

We offer our articles throughout the United States and South American countries such as Venezuela, we are currently working to expand to Europe.

- What language can I communicate with you?

We have a support team attentive to answer all your questions in English and Spanish, feel free to contact us in the language of your preference.

- How long do you process purchases?

As soon as we receive the payment and shipping details, we take 3 to 5 days to complete the shipment.

- How can I pay for my purchase?

On our main page are all the payment methods available for the United States. For payments in Venezuela contact us.

- Through which couriers do I receive my products?

Within the United States we ship through USPS, UPS and FEDEX. Within Venezuela we offer shipping by the different companies available. Contact us for more information.

 - How long does it take to receive my purchase?

Shipping times depend on the company and current situations, usually in the United States take 3 to 7 days.

- Can I return my items?

Yes, you can. When you receive your purchase you have up to 7 days to make a return for problems such as sizes or their condition. As soon as we receive the product and verify that everything is in the same condition as it was sent, we proceed to make the return through the same payment method. For a return to be effective, the product cannot have any trace of having been used.
